Instant win competition prizes are available to win for the duration the main prizes is open for entries for. If your ticket number matches the randomly generated number next to an instant win prize, you win, instantly! Our instant wins are now AUTOMATED and you’ll be emailed immediately asking for confirmation of your details so we can ship to you that week. You’ll also still be up for the chance to win the main prize draw with that very same ticket!
After our live draw, we announce the winners via social media, we also post our winners on our winners page and of course on the competition product page. Lastly, we send draw result emails to those who have entered the competition.
We draw all competitions whether 1 ticket or all tickets are sold. If you’re lucky enough to enter a competition without all tickets sold all it means is the odds of you winning are increased! All of our competitions have a closing date, this can be found on each competition product page. We never change the prize or end date of a competition.
We do now accept Paypal orders! We’ve listened to you and are please to be able to offer you more ways to enter our competitions.
We are able to accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard along with Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal for quick convenient checkout. Our payment gateway and merchant accounts are PCI compliant and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. All transactions are securely encrypted using PCI-DSS Level 1 Security and 3D Secure to ensure your transactions are completely secure and confidential.
The majority of our prizes are delivered via DPD 24 hours with a tracking ID provided to the winner. Many of our smaller prizes are ordered directly from retailers (usually Amazon) and therefore use retailers delivery methods. When possible, we do deliver prizes in person as we enjoy meeting our winners.
Note: during Christmas and New Year our offices are closed, therefore there will be a slight delay in prizes being delivered. Our next shipping date is the 2nd January 2024, as well as the 3rd and 4th of January 2024 all for 24 hour delivery.
Each of our competitions run on a set ‘closing date’ this is displayed on our product page. However, quite often our competition will sell out before this closing date. In these circumstances, the competition draw will take place on the next closest prize draw, which is typically Wednesday 8pm or Sunday 9pm currently.
Once a competition sells out of tickets or reaches its closing date the competition will be moved to ‘awaiting live draw’ and will be drawn on the specified live draw date on that competition page – unless we sell out of tickets in which case it’ll take place on the next available date (Wednesday 8pm or Sunday 9pm typically). Your competition entry numbers can be found through the “My Account” page on our website and will also be emailed to you.
We record our draws live via Facebook and use Google’s random number generator to choose a winner. The number drawn refers to the ticket number of the customer who is the lucky winner.

You can enter each individual competition up to a maximum amount of times stated on each competition page, each competition varies so there is no specific limit across all competitions.
In the instance the random number generator picks a blank ticket for a prize we will respin until we find a number assigned to someone to win!
